Dr. Jason Hom

Biography

Jason Hom is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Medicine at Stanford University, specializing in Internal Medicine. He holds multiple administrative positions, including Interim Co-Chief of the Division Hospital Medicine and Chair of the Health Information Management Committee at Stanford Health Care. His clinical and research interests include various clinical translational imaging projects, high-value care initiatives, and the use of large language models in clinical documentation. Jason has been involved with several significant research studies, including those focusing on EHR-based clinical decision support systems and the effects of advanced AI technology in medicine. He has been a faculty mentor and led numerous medical education initiatives at Stanford.
