Jay H. Lee is the Choong Hoon Cho Chair Professor at the University of Southern California (USC). Before joining USC, he served as a faculty member at prestigious institutions including Auburn University, Purdue University, Georgia Institute of Technology, and Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). Current projects in his lab include estimating the state of health and remaining useful life of battery systems using machine learning, evaluating CO2 capture technologies, and designing innovative product supply chain networks. Lee has received numerous accolades for his work, including the KIChE Seokmyung Outstanding Chemical Engineer Award in 2022, and has been recognized as an IEEE Fellow.
