Biography

After graduating from ETH Zurich in 1998, Jean-Lucien Gay played a central role at Studio Daniel Libeskind, designing and executing various high-profile projects across Europe, Asia, and the United States from 1999 to 2005. He led the shift to computer-based design practices, introducing new technologies to the studio and exploring their potential in more complex architectural designs. In 2007, he founded NAU, a multidisciplinary collective of architects and film designers, focusing on architecture, interior design, exhibitions, and interactive interfaces.
