Biography

Dr. Corriveau received his Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Ottawa in 1984. He worked at Nortel developing an industrial code generator before starting his Ph.D. at the University of Toronto in 1986. After returning to Nortel, he became a founding member of the TELOS project. In early 1991, he spawned the ObjecTime start-up, which eventually evolved into the ROSE Real-Time and IBM Rational Software Architect RealTime Edition tools. Dr. Corriveau completed his Ph.D. in Natural Language Processing in 1991 and subsequently joined the School of Computer Science at Carleton University.
