Jean Baldwin Grossman is an economist focused on identifying and refining programs, policies, and practices that improve the lives of individuals in under-resourced environments. She has led studies on social policy across a wide range of areas, including education, health, employment training, welfare, dropout prevention, teen pregnancy prevention, and youth programs.
