Biography

Jeff Keshen is a Professor and the President and Vice-Chancellor at the University of Regina. He holds a PhD in History from York University, an MA in History from Carleton University, and a BA in History from York University. His primary research interests lie in Canadian military social history, wartime propaganda, and censorship. He focuses particularly on Canada's home front during the World Wars. Keshen has authored or co-authored eight books related to Canadian history, with two currently in the final stages of publication. He has co-edited 11 volumes and has published approximately 30 refereed articles. Additionally, he has written nearly 30 non-refereed articles and book reviews, and has delivered more than 40 invited lectures throughout his career.
