Dr. Jeffrey Cohen

Biography

Jeffrey M. Cohen, MD, MPH is a board-certified medical dermatologist and the Director of the Psoriasis Treatment Program at Yale School of Medicine. He treats a full spectrum of skin conditions with a special interest in disorders that involve the immune system, particularly psoriasis and eczema. Dr. Cohen graduated from Harvard Medical School and completed his dermatology residency at New York University School of Medicine, where he received advanced training in diagnostic and therapeutic techniques. He also holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Yale School of Public Health. His research focuses on the epidemiology of skin conditions, the relationship between skin disorders and medical problems, and how dermatologic care is delivered. Dr. Cohen has authored over 150 peer-reviewed articles on psoriasis and other dermatologic topics. He is actively involved in various professional organizations, serving as a member of the Editorial Board for the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology and as a Senior Editor for the Journal of Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis. Through his work, Dr. Cohen aims to improve the quality of life for patients with skin conditions and contribute to advancements in dermatology.
