Biography

Jeffrey Higgins is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California (USC) in the department of Data Sciences and Operations. He is the founder and CEO of the Human Capital Management Institute (HCMI), a consultancy that specializes in predictive analytics and workforce planning software. HCMI offers a range of services, including the SOLVE predictive analytics tool and ISO30414 compliant human capital reporting software. Mr. Higgins is a founding member of the Workforce Intelligence Consortium and serves as a member of the ISO Technical Advisory Group (TAG) for human capital. Notably, he leads the ISO30414 Human Capital Reporting Standard and is a board member of the Center for Talent Reporting (CTR). In addition to his academic position, he contributes to the editorial committee of the IHRIM Workforce Solutions Review magazine, emphasizing his commitment to advancing human capital metrics and analytics.
