Biography

Jeffrey Krohn is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Optometry. He graduated from the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, California. Before his current position, Dr. Krohn served on the faculty at his alma mater. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and holds the title of Diplomate in the Academy’s section on Cornea, Contact Lenses, and Refractive Technology, where he currently serves as the Immediate Past-Chair. Dr. Krohn is also board-certified as a Diplomate by the American Board of Optometry. His professional involvement includes lecturing optometrists at local, state, and national gatherings, and he plays a key role as an Administrator for the Vision Source network, representing Central California offices. Furthermore, he is engaged in clinical research within the contact lens pharmaceutical industry.
