Dr. Jeffrey Pai received his Bachelor of Commerce from Feng Chia University in Taiwan in 1984. He subsequently served in the military before earning a Master of Science in Actuarial Sciences from the University of Connecticut in 1990, followed by a Ph.D. in Statistics in 1994.
