Dr. Jeffrey Reuer

Biography

Jeffrey Reuer is a Distinguished Professor and the Blake Family Endowed Chair in Strategic Management and Governance at the Mitch Daniels School of Business at Purdue University. He began his academic career at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, before holding positions at the University of North Carolina, Ohio State University, and the University of Colorado. Reuer has extensive experience in delivering executive training sessions focused on strategic management for a wide range of organizations, including startups, non-profits, and multinational corporations. He has been invited to teach executive education programs at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and Duke University. Throughout his career, he has received numerous MBA teaching awards, demonstrating his commitment to educational excellence in business. He has served on the boards of several startups and non-profits and has been actively involved in various editorial capacities for academic journals. His research focuses on organizational economics and the corporate development activities of firms, including strategic alliances and acquisitions. Reuer's work has been published in major academic journals, and he has presented his research at over a hundred universities worldwide.
