Dr. Jenna Evans

Biography

Jenna Evans studies multiteam systems and inter-organizational networks in healthcare using qualitative methods. Her research focuses on performance management, shared cognition, and the organizational context capabilities of healthcare teams. She has a particular interest in how these teams and networks can be utilized to deliver integrated care. Jenna is affiliated with McMaster University as an Associate Professor in Health Policy Management, where she also serves as Area Chair within the same department. Her scholarly work is aimed at understanding and improving healthcare delivery through effective team dynamics and inter-organizational collaboration.
