Biography

Jennifer Lynn Eury is an Associate Clinical Professor and Associate Dean of Undergraduate Education at the Smeal College of Business, Penn State University. Leading operations and strategic planning within the Undergraduate Education Office, she ensures alignment with Smeal's mission and goals. Eury teaches courses on management organization, ethical leadership, and change leadership in organizations. Previously, she served as the undergraduate management major program coordinator and oversaw Smeal’s honor integrity initiatives. She is actively engaged with the management education community, serving as an At-Large Director on the Board for the Management & Organizational Behavior Teaching Society (MOBTS) and contributing to various committees across the university. Eury's research focuses on individuals' and organizations' responses to identity threats, fostering integrity and ethical behavior within organizational culture. She has published in prominent journals such as the Academy of Management Journal and the Journal of Management Education. With multiple degrees from Penn State, she prides herself on her active role within the College and the wider management education community.
