Biography

Jennifer Otting is a Faculty Associate in the Department of Educational Policy Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her work primarily explores the intersection of democracy, development agendas, and education policy in democratically transitioning countries. Notably, she has conducted past research projects focused on the implementation of citizenship education in Kosovo from 2013 to 2014 and higher education reform in Burma/Myanmar between 2018 and 2019.
