Biography

Jennifer Sherr is a Professor of Pediatrics specializing in pediatric endocrinology and diabetes at Yale School of Medicine. She was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 1987, which fueled her ambition to become a pediatric endocrinologist. Dr. Sherr has led multiple NIH-funded clinical trials and serves as a lead investigator within the TrialNet consortium. She has published extensively and has been recognized for her contributions to the field, receiving several awards including the Young Physician Scientist Award from the American Society for Clinical Investigation.
