Dr. Jennifer Siegel

Biography

Jennifer Siegel is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Boston University's Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine, specializing in General Internal Medicine. She earned her MD from Harvard Medical School and completed her residency at the University of California, San Francisco, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Siegel's work focuses on areas such as LGBTQ+ health, social structural determinants of health, and medical education. She is also the Associate Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Boston Medical Center, where she leads educational efforts in ambulatory clinical training and runs the Urban Health and Health Equities Pathway. Dr. Siegel is board certified in Internal Medicine and works as the Medical Director of the Center for Transgender Medicine and Surgery. She is passionate about mentoring and collaborating with individuals interested in health equity and LGBTQ+ health.
