Biography

Jenny Zapf is a Senior Fellow and the Founding Director of the M.S.Ed. Education Entrepreneurship Program at the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education. With a Doctorate in Educational Evaluation Research from the University of Virginia, she has directed several initiatives aimed at transforming education through entrepreneurial innovation. Zapf has co-founded Penn GSE's Global Education Entrepreneurship & Innovation virtual certificate program and is the Founder and Managing Director of the Jacobs Foundation's Education Impact Fellowship Prize. She has worked with education innovators in over 30 countries and routinely speaks at major international conferences. Her teachings include micro-courses and workshops on Entrepreneurial Leadership in Education and Evaluation of Education Innovation. Her research focuses on fostering entrepreneurial thinking and measuring impact within educational ecosystems.
