Jeremy Petrus studied industrial design at Université de Montréal and E.N.S.C.I. in Paris. In 1997, he crossed the Atlantic to become a product designer at Alessandro Ruiz’s design studio in Milan, where he worked alongside Ferrucio Laviani. During his years in Italy, he designed retail spaces, exhibitions, lamps, and furniture. Jeremy showcased his creations at the International Furniture Fair in Milan in 1998. After returning to his hometown, he worked on projects for various agencies, accumulating experiences in interior industrial design, branding, and cross-disciplinary experimental design projects. Currently, he is a part-time faculty member in the Design Computation Arts program at Concordia University and runs his own studio as an independent designer.
