Dr. Ritz is a Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and the Executive Director of the Connell-O'Reilly Cell Manipulation Core Facility. He furthered his education with a clinical fellowship in Hematology Oncology at Beth Israel Hospital and a research fellowship at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Dr. Ritz joined the staff of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in 1980 and has since become a notable expert in hematologic malignancies, bone marrow transplantation, and cancer immunology. His efforts have been recognized by the Leukemia Society of America, where he was granted the prestigious Stohlman Scholar Award.
