Jessica L. Beyer is an Assistant Teaching Professor and the lead of the Cybersecurity Initiative at the Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies, University of Washington. She won the Association of Internet Researchers’ Dissertation Award in 2012 and published her book, 'Expect Online Communities Political Mobilization,' with Oxford University Press in 2014.
