Jessica Bishop is an Assistant Professor in the Discipline of Family Medicine at Memorial University of Newfoundland. She further trained in family medicine residency at the University of Alberta and has experience working at the University of Calgary, where she gained expertise in low-risk obstetrics before returning to Newfoundland. Currently, Dr. Bishop leads the Family Centered Maternity Care group at the Family Medicine Clinic, where she practices full-scope family medicine, with special interests in family medicine obstetrics, women's health, breastfeeding, and menopause.
