Ji Koung Kim is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at the Broad College of Business, Michigan State University. He received his Ph.D. in Management from the W.P. Ji also studies the impact of contemporary work arrangements, like remote and hybrid work, as well as gig work, on the way work is conducted within organizations, focusing on how employees proactively navigate these changes to improve their work lives. His work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology and Personnel Psychology.
