Dr. Jia Wen

Biography

Jia Di Wen, MD, PhD, FACMG, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Genetics at Yale University and serves as the Assistant Director of the Clinical Cytogenetics Laboratory. He completed his PhD in Reproductive Developmental Sciences at the University of British Columbia in 2010, following his MD degree from Capital Medical University in Clinical Medicine in 1993. Dr. Wen's research focuses on genetic cytogenetics, where he collaborates frequently with other researchers in the field. His work has led to significant contributions to the understanding of genetic disorders through advanced cytogenetic techniques. He has an extensive publication record with numerous citations, reflecting his impact in genetics research.
