Dr. Jiandong Ren

Biography

Jiandong Ren is a Professor and Acting Department Chair in the Department of Statistical and Actuarial Sciences at Western University. He earned his Ph.D. from Temple University in 2003. His research interests encompass various aspects of actuarial science, particularly focusing on insurance and risk management. Throughout his academic career, he has supervised graduate students and published extensively in leading actuarial journals.
