Biography

Jiayang Li is a Lecturer in the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering at the University of Bristol, U.K. He specializes in integrated circuit design, with a deep expertise in mixed-signal integrated circuits and biomedical devices. Jiayang earned his B.Eng. degree in Microelectronics from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in Chengdu in 2019, followed by an M.Sc. in Integrated Circuit Design from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2020. After working as an Analog IC Designer in the industry, he joined the Bioelectronics Group at University College London to pursue his Ph.D. in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, which he is expected to complete in 2025. Since joining the University of Bristol in 2022, Jiayang has published numerous articles in top-tier journals and conferences, including the International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC) and the Journal of Solid-State Circuits (JSSC). His research is focused on advancing the field of integrated circuit design and he is open to inquiries from prospective PhD students.
