Biography

Jie Yang is an assistant professor at the Asper School of Business, University of Manitoba. She received her Ph.D. from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Her research focuses on the intersection of organization theory and strategy, specifically exploring socially constructed ideas, institutions, identities, and categories, as well as how firms and individuals react to various ideas.
