Jihong Park is an Associate Professor at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) and serves as the Deputy Director of the Future Communications Research Development Programme (FCP) in Singapore. He is a co-recipient of prestigious awards, including the 2023 IEEE Communication Society Heinrich Hertz Award and the 2022 FL-IJCAI Paper Award. Additionally, he co-chaired the 2023 IEEE GLOBECOM Symposium on Machine Learning in Communications and is an Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Communications. Dr. Park has been recognized as a Senior Member of IEEE and is included in Stanford’s list of the World’s Top 2% Scientists.
