Biography

Dr. Jill Levitt is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience in conducting Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She directs the Feeling Good Institute and co-teaches CBT workshops alongside Dr. David Burns at Stanford University School of Medicine. Dr. Levitt graduated Summa Cum Laude with honors in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Boston University, where she was mentored by Dr. David Barlow. She has co-written scholarly articles on topics such as Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Panic Disorder. Dr. Levitt is passionate about helping individuals efficiently overcome depression and anxiety using CBT techniques.
