Biography

Jim Cheung, M.D., FACC, FHRS is a Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine and serves as the Associate Director of Cardiac Electrophysiology and Director of Clinical Electrophysiology Research and Fellowship Program. He graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard University and received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School. He has published over 180 papers and chapters on catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation and ventricular arrhythmias. His work focuses on improving success for ablation techniques and evaluating novel arrhythmia devices. He regularly holds leadership positions in professional organizations and is frequently recognized as a top doctor.
