Jim Labisko is a conservation scientist and ecologist specializing in biodiversity and environmental research and teaching. He completed his BSc (Hons) in Wildlife Conservation in 2011 and obtained a PhD in Biodiversity Management in 2016 from the Durrell Institute of Conservation and Ecology at the University of Kent. Jim is actively involved in the IUCN Species Survival Commission as a member of the Amphibian Specialist Group and is known for authoring an illustrated guide on the natural history of frogs scheduled for publication in June 2025 as part of 'The Lives of the Natural World' series by Princeton University Press.
