Biography

Jingduan Li is a Casual Academic at the Business School of the University of New South Wales (UNSW) specializing in Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation. He is currently a doctoral candidate whose research primarily focuses on international accounting and debt markets. His PhD project explores the impact of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) on debt covenants. He has been involved in teaching courses ranging from Level 1 to Level 3 over the past six years, focusing on accounting, business, finance, and corporate governance.
