Biography

Joab N. Corey is a Senior Lecturer at the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University, where he also serves as the Assistant Director of Graduate Studies for the Master of Public Policy program. He specializes in innovative teaching methodologies in economics, emphasizing practical applications through interactive class activities. His research interests include the intersection of economic principles and public policy, with a focus on how educational frameworks can influence economic understanding. Corey earned his Ph.D. from West Virginia University in 2009, where he also received both his M.A. and B.S. degrees.
