Joanna Mills is a doctor specializing in Medical Administration and is an honorary Senior Lecturer at the Australian National University School of Medicine and Psychology. She holds multiple degrees including M.B.B.S., M.Phil., and Ph.D. from the University of Sydney, along with a B.A. (Honours) in Psychology from Georgetown University, USA. Mills has a proven track record in securing prestigious research funding, including the Australian Awards Endeavour Postgraduate Scholarship. Her work has fostered collaborations with internationally renowned institutions such as the Max Planck Institute (Germany) and the Karolinska Institute (Sweden). Her research focuses on improving patient care and health system performance through rigorous evaluation and health services research, examining clinical practice variations, healthcare costs, and patient-reported outcomes.
