Biography

Joanna Radin received her PhD in History and Sociology of Science from the University of Pennsylvania. Her research examines the social and technical conditions that shape the possibilities of biomedicine and biotechnology, particularly focusing on global histories of biology, ecology, and medicine since 1945.
