Biography

Jochem de Vries is the department chair and associate professor at the University of Amsterdam, specializing in urban and regional planning. He has been with the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences since 2019, and previously served as the director of Geography and Planning Bachelor's and Master's programmes from 2012 to 2017.
