Biography

Johan Liu is a Full Professor in Electronics Materials Systems and Microtechnology Nanoscience at Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden. He holds both a master’s and a Ph.D. degree in materials science from the Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden. Prior to his role at Chalmers, he served as a project manager and group leader at the Swedish Institute for Production Engineering Research (IVF). He has also been awarded the IEEE Exceptional Technical Achievement Award and has received numerous accolades for his publications.
