Prof. Johannes F. de Boer graduated from the University of Amsterdam, Netherlands in 1995, earning a Ph.D. in experimental physics. A recognized leader in biophotonics, he pioneered Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) and has made significant contributions to its clinical application and the enhancement of imaging technologies.
