Biography

John Aylen is a marketing communications professional with over 30 years of experience in planning and implementing communications programs. His clients include leading organizations in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, brewing, science and engineering, not-for-profits, and resource industries. He served as president of Youth Employment Services, a Montreal-based organization that helps people find employment and start businesses. Additionally, John sits on the Board of the Old Brewery Mission and chairs its communications subcommittee. His current involvement includes serving on the selection committee for the McEuen Scholarship and fundraising for the Mordecai Richler Chair in Creative Writing and the St. Andrew’s Society McEuen Chair in Canadian Scottish Relations. John is also the president of the Concordia University Alumni Association and a member of the Board of Governors of the university.
