Biography

John Gallagher is a Professor of Practice at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, where he joined the faculty in 1983. He is known for his role as Associate Dean of Executive MBA Programs and is involved in the innovative design and delivery of management education programs. His expertise lies in marketing information systems and computer applications. Gallagher played a crucial role in the development of the Fuqua School’s Place & Space model for instructional delivery and has contributed significantly to Duke’s Global Cross Continent Executive MBA Programs. He returned to Fuqua in 2005, taking on responsibilities that include overseeing various Executive MBA Programs: Weekend Executive, Global Executive, and Cross Continent. He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of California.
