Dr. John Kleimeyer

Biography

John Kleimeyer specializes in orthopaedic spine surgery, effectively treating a range of cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine disorders including disc herniations, stenosis, myelopathy, fractures, and scoliosis. He is committed to providing minimally invasive solutions aimed at enhancing patients' quality of life, with a focus on single-position procedures that reduce both surgical time and recovery. Dr. Kleimeyer completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Stanford University and later pursued a spine fellowship at the renowned Emory University Spine Center. He is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. With a strong emphasis on improving clinical outcomes in both surgical and nonsurgical care, he also researches the genetics of orthopaedic spine disorders and evaluates cost efficacy in treatments. Dr. Kleimeyer has authored over 20 journal articles and has presented research findings at national and international conferences.
