Biography

John Palmer is a Lecturer at Columbia Law School and serves as a Supervising Attorney and Director of the Attorney Support Development Center. He represents clients in post-conviction proceedings including trial court appeals and intermediate appellate courts in New York, as well as the New York Court of Appeals. John graduated from New York University School of Law in 2017, having earned a Juris Doctor degree. Prior to that, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati, which provided him with a strong foundation in legal principles and economic theories relevant to the field of law.
