Biography

John Papadopoulos holds a Master of Information Studies and a J.D. from the University of Toronto. He is an accomplished scholar and instructor specializing in legal research and writing. John has held positions as an adjunct instructor in the Faculty of Information and the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto. With over 20 years of experience working in academic and law firm libraries, he has spent six years as the Chief Law Librarian at the Bora Laskin Law Library. Recently, John served as the Director of the John W. Graham Library & Trinity College Archives at the University of Toronto. He is also a co-author of the Practical Guide to Canadian Legal Research, 4th edition (Toronto: Thomson Reuters, 2015). John was the inaugural Head Librarian of the Law Library.
