John Paskus has 27 years of professional experience working with the Michigan Natural Features Inventory and the Michigan State University Extension. As a Senior Conservation Scientist and Lead Conservation Planner, his work has focused on applied research, collaborative planning, and public outreach in the field of biodiversity conservation across a range of scales, particularly rare natural communities within the Great Lakes basins. He has participated in projects that include the development of a series of six educational videos aimed at enhancing coastal resiliency in the Great Lakes region. He holds an MLA in Landscape Architecture and Planning and a BS in Natural Resource Management from the University of Michigan.
