Biography

John Stone is a Reader in War Studies at King's College London, where he teaches undergraduate and postgraduate modules in history and military strategy. His research interests are diverse, focusing particularly on the role of political imagination in strategic deliberation, as well as revisiting classic works of strategic thought by writers such as Antoine-Henri Jomini, Alfred Thayer Mahan, and Giulio Douhet.
