Biography

John Wylie, MD, FACC, is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Boston University's Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine, specializing in General Internal Medicine. He completed his medical degree at Harvard Medical School and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College. Dr. Wylie's primary research interests include atrial fibrillation, ablation procedures, and clinical electrophysiology, particularly concerning atrial flutter. He has also served as the Principal Investigator for several multicenter trials, including the Attain-Success trial from 2010 to 2012, and is actively involved in the ACUITY trial and GLORIA-AF trial. Dr. Wylie has earned recognition for his clinical excellence, reflected in awards such as the Academic Clinical Excellence Award from 2014 to 2021 and his inclusion in Castle Connolly and Boston Magazine's list of “Boston’s Top Doctors.”
