Biography

Jonathan Seiden is an attorney and business affairs executive with over 20 years of experience in drafting and negotiating industry-specific agreements primarily in the fields of entertainment, media, and intellectual property. Since July 2016, he has been serving as the Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Endeavor, where he leads the global head of the Intellectual Property practice and manages the legal affairs team for Endeavor's licensing business, IMG Licensing. Before joining Endeavor, from November 2014 to June 2016, Seiden was the Senior Vice President of Business Legal Affairs at SFX Entertainment, Inc., where he provided legal counsel to live entertainment media companies and handled various entertainment law matters including live events, brand integration, sponsorship deals, and licensing. Prior to SFX, Seiden was the Vice President of Intellectual Property Legal Affairs at CORE Media Group Inc. from 2006 to 2014, advising on intellectual property issues for several subsidiaries. His legal career began at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York, where he focused on intellectual property acquisitions and licensing.
