Biography

Since 1998, Jonathan has worked internationally as a consultant, trainer, facilitator, coach, and keynote speaker. He engages with CEOs, boards, and graduates across various organizations. He holds an MA in English Literature from Dundee University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from South Bank University, along with qualifications in law as a solicitor from the College of Law, London, and MBTI SDI psychometrics. Jonathan has served as the Senior Programme Director at Olivier Mythodrama, a leading organization in dynamic leadership development using theatre and archetypal psychology to address leadership challenges and cultivate authentic leaders through the works of Shakespeare. Teaching since 2006, he has instructed executive programmes at Saïd Business School, working with clients such as BAE Systems, State Farm, and IBM.
