Biography

Jordan Barry is the Vice Dean for Faculty Academic Affairs and the John B. Milliken Professor of Law at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. His research focuses on a variety of topics within business law, tax law, and the economics of law, with published works in esteemed academic journals including the Stanford Law Review and the Virginia Law Review. Before entering academia, he practiced law at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson and clerked for the Honorable Jay Bybee on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Barry earned his graduate degree from Cornell University and his law degree from Stanford Law School, where he served as Managing Editor of the Stanford Law Review.
