Biography

Jordan Miller is an Associate Professor in the School of Rehabilitation Therapy at Queen's University, where he has been since 2017. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Master of Science in Physiotherapy, and Doctor of Philosophy in Rehabilitation Science at McMaster University. Dr. Miller has also undertaken a CIHR funded post-doctoral fellowship at McGill University. His research focuses on improving pain management for individuals living with chronic pain and advancing team-based models in primary care. Current projects include evaluating the impact of integrating physiotherapists into primary care teams and developing tailored eHealth self-management supports. He is an active member of the Health Policy Research Institute and has served as Associate Director of Physical Therapy from 2020 to 2023. Dr. Miller is currently accepting graduate students into his research team and has received multiple grants from organizations like CIHR and the Arthritis Society for his research initiatives.
