Jorge Rubio is a Lecturer in Acting Theater at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has an extensive background in theater, having worked primarily in regional theaters across the U.S., Peru, and Russia. His performances have taken place at notable venues such as the Public Theater, La Mama, and the American Repertory Theater. In addition to his role at MIT, Jorge has served as an Assistant Professor and Theatre Program Coordinator at Bunker Hill Community College and has taught at various institutions including the City University of New York and La Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He is also the co-founder of a theater school in Peru that offers acting workshops for children and adults.
